These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of deeplegacyinsight.com (the “Site”), operated by Deep Legacy Insight LLC (“Deep Legacy Insight,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Purpose of the Site

The Site provides general information about Deep Legacy Insight LLC and its leadership coaching, development, and consulting services.

Content on the Site is provided for informational purposes only. Visiting the Site or submitting an inquiry does not create a client, consulting, coaching, employment, fiduciary, or other professional relationship.

A service relationship is created only through a separate written agreement accepted by both you and Deep Legacy Insight LLC.

2. No Guarantee of Results

Leadership coaching and organizational development outcomes depend on numerous factors, including individual participation, organizational circumstances, available resources, implementation, and decisions made by clients.

Testimonials, examples, descriptions, or anticipated outcomes appearing on the Site are illustrative and do not guarantee that any person or organization will achieve the same or similar results.

3. Not Professional Advice

Site content does not constitute legal, financial, accounting, medical, mental health, human-resources, or other regulated professional advice.

You should consult an appropriately qualified professional before making decisions requiring specialized advice. You remain responsible for your business, employment, organizational, and leadership decisions.

4. Permitted Use

You may use the Site only for lawful, personal, and legitimate business purposes.

You may not:

  • Use the Site in violation of any law or regulation

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site or its systems

  • Interfere with the Site’s operation or security

  • It does not contain malicious code or unlawful material

Submitting information through a contact form is not a secure method for delivering highly confidential information. Please do not submit trade secrets, financial account information, medical information, passwords, or other sensitive information unless we have established an appropriate method for doing so.

Deep Legacy Insight LLC disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, noninfringement, accuracy, availability, security, and freedom from harmful components.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties, so portions of this section may not apply to you.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Deep Legacy Insight LLC and its owners, employees, contractors, and representatives will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or related to:

  • Your access to or use of the Site

  • Your inability to access or use the Site

  • Reliance on Site content

  • Third-party websites or services

  • Unauthorized access to information

  • Errors, interruptions, security incidents, or harmful code

If liability cannot legally be excluded, our total liability arising from your use of the Site will be limited to the greater of the amount you paid specifically to access the Site during the six months preceding the event giving rise to the claim or $100.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be limited or excluded.

11. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Deep Legacy Insight LLC and its owners, employees, contractors, and representatives from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and reasonable expenses arising from your unlawful use of the Site, violation of these Terms, or infringement of another party’s rights.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Any dispute relating to the Site or these Terms will be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction located in Michigan, except where applicable consumer law requires otherwise.

13. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, that provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary or removed, and the remaining provisions will continue in effect.

14. No Waiver

Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms does not waive our right to enforce that provision or any other provision later.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms periodically. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Your continued use of the Site after revised Terms are posted constitutes acceptance of those changes to the extent permitted by law.
